1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in their original condition

• In the original packaging with tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1. Customized or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. 3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
